Cutting-Edge Technologies

High-Efficiency TOPCon LIF Conductive Paste Tech

Laser-induced firing of low-corrosion metal paste on the front side of cell made the paste form good ohmic contact with the wafer, and reduced the erosion to the passivation layer, which effectively increased the open-circuit voltage (Voc) and reduced the contact resistance, resulting in the output of high efficiency solar cells.

ZBB Interconnection Tech

Through the deep integration of invisible busbar design and new ultra-dense welding wire technology, the module production achieved a comprehensive upgrade in efficiency, reliability, and aesthetics. The technology adopted the flexible-enhanced film-coated-fixed process, eliminating the stress which existed in the traditional high-temperature soldering process, significantly reducing microcrack risk and enhancing current collecting ability. As a result, the power output is 5-10W higher than the comparable modules.

Light Redirecting Film

Light redirecting film is a kind of microstructure Al film. The front side of the film is a prism structure, which can reflect the incident light in a directional way, so that more light is reflected to the front of the cell through the secondary reflection, and a certain gain of the current is generated. In addition, because the light redirecting film covers a smaller area on the back of the cell, and the bifaciality rate is higher, the power generation will also be improved.

Core Advantages

01 Frontier Tech

Based on n-type TOPCon core technology, all of Astronegry PV modules fully utilized the advantage of diverse busbar technologies such as SMBB and ZBB, ensuring the key benefits like high power, high efficiency, and high reliability to meet the needs of multi-scenario applications.

02 Sustainability

Astronergy solar panels utilize new green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly materials such as large-size and thinner silicon wafers, fluorine-free backsheets, lead-free soldering tapes, and de-alcoholized silica gel, which are highly in line with the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and are actively exploring new paths to green development.

03 Abundant Tech Reserves

As a pionner in n-type TOPCon PV module, Astronergy adheres the idea of “Produce the present, Prepare the next, Pioneer the future”, and continues to track the industry’s cutting-edge technologies , new processes and new material.
