Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to communicate with the head of the demand department, team members, or other relevant departments for online or offline interviews.

Step 4 – Offer Sending

If you can successfully pass the interview, the recruitment team will send you an offer via email, including the position, salary and benefits, and other employment information.

Step 5 – Reference Check

After you accept the offer, the recruiting team will conduct a background check on you to confirm the education and work experience recorded on your resume.

Step 6 – Formal Employment

After both parties reach an agreement, the company will formally hire you and assist you in completing the onboarding procedures.
