Astronergy Sustainability

Astronergy has a long-term focus on sustainable development. In order to further respond to the risks and opportunities brought about by changes in climate, environment, and market policies and to enhance the company’s various efforts in the areas of environmental, social and governance, a Strategy and Sustainability Committee is set up under the Board of Directors, and a director serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), responsible for leading and coordinating the company’s sustainability strategy, policies, and practices and managing ESG risk.

In 2023, Astronergy set up an independent sustainability department to govern the three special working groups on environmental, social and governance to create a new competitive advantage that is green, efficient, low-carbon, and sustainable, as well as create greater green economic benefits for society.
