Focusing on R&D, production and sales of high-efficiency crystalline silicon PV cells and PV modules, Astronergy has continuously launched the ASTRO series high-efficiency, high-quality, high-performance solar panels. Big-size wafers enable both bifacial and monofacial ASTRO series solar modules could be perfectly applied in various scenarios of utility-scale solar farms, commercial & industrial solar projects and residential solar systems.
ASTRO N8 series solar panel employs Astronergy’s self-developed n-type TOPCon 4.0 cell technology and 210mm large-size silicon wafers, combined with SMBB technology. With light redirecting film and double layer coating glass, further enhance power generation per watt. Low Voc design significantly reduce BOS cost and LCOE.
ASTRO N7 2.0, developed by Astronergy, is built upon the latest TOPCon 5.0 solar cell technology. By integrating industry-leading technologies such as ZBB, ultra-fine grid lines, and light redirecting film, the module achieves a comprehensive improvement in product energy efficiency, with a maximum power of up to 650W and a maximum efficiency of 24.1%.
Compared to the previous ASTRO N7 product, ASTRO N7 2.0 incorporates advanced technologies, including ASP and PF. Its TOPCon 5.0 solar cells demonstrate an efficiency increase of 0.4%–0.55% over TOPCon 4.0 solar cells, while the bifaciality is up to 85%. Moreover, the upgraded product also delivers significantly higher energy generation over its lifecycle, reducing LCOE by over 0.7% and BOS costs by more than 3.5 CNY cents/W, thereby providing customers with higher power generation revenue.
The ASTRO N7 series employs Astronergy’s self-developed latest n-type TOPCon 4.0 cell technology and rectangular silicon wafers, combined with SMBB technology. Coupled with Light Redirecting Film and double layer coating glass, the entire product serie achieves high power, high efficiency, high reliability, high per-watt energy generation, and low BOS and LCOE cost, embodying the module performance at an international leading level.
ASTRO N7s 2.0, based on the latest TOPCon 5.0 solar cell technology, incorporates rectangular wafers along with innovative features such as ZBB and black light redirecting film, effectively enhancing efficiency and reliability. The all-black 48-cell PV module delivers a power output of up to 470W and an efficiency of 23.5%.
ASTRO N7s 2.0 features a ZBB design with no PAD points, delivering an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The all-black module combines high aesthetic glass, black frames, and all-black aesthetic solar cells to create a sleek and integrated look that highly aligns with the preferences of residential markets. In terms of installation, ASTRO N7s 2.0 features a compact size with a single-panel area of ＜2㎡, allowing for one-person installation and handling. This design makes it ideal for residential projects with limited space, embodying a unique blend of lightweight design, high efficiency, superior quality, and aesthetic appeal.
The ASTRO N5 series solar panel employs Astronergy’s self-developed n-type TOPCon 4.0 cell technology and 183R large-size silicon wafers, combined with SMBB technology. With high-density encapsulation, non-destructive cutting, and other advanced processes, the solar module further enhances power generation performance and reliability to meet customers’ all-scenario application needs.
