Instead of further increasing the number of welding wires, we removed the grid at the module, enabling welding wires to replace the grids. In addition, the wire is pre-fixed using a film (modified film), so that the electrical connections between the cells and the busbars are completed in the laminator and the interconnection temperature is lowered to below 150°C, which reduces the thermal stresses and reduces the hidden cracks in the module manufacturing process.
