Introducing 25-Year Product Warranty

A 25-year product's warranty will only apply to the following models:

Astro 4 Semi CHSM60M-HC 25Y 370w, 

Astro 5s Semi CHSM54M-HC 25Y 410w and 415w. 

The specific product must be installed by a professional on residential rooftops for the Australian market and comply with the relevance of CEC and Australian Standard. 

All of the 25-year product warranty products had different specifications (BOM) to our standard products, which provided our products will sustain within the warranty period.

We directly offer this product warranty to our valued end-users to enjoy the reliability and performance of our products. We recommend regular care and maintenance to maintain maximum returns during the product life.

We will provide a special covering letter for our partners to verify the specific batches/orders covered. In the interim, please send us the enquiry with your serial numbers attached for any questions about any uncertainty.
